Riya has spent over three years as a business consultant at Ernst and Young in India, where she gained substantial experience helping clients meet compliance requirements.

Currently, she works on Australian Financial Service License applications at Guildfords and handles the related compliance and risk management.

Riya is pursuing a Master of International Business at the University of Melbourne and also serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Melbourne Business School Student Association.
